Question

Ok. Trying not to attack, or sound rude, but sometimes when I report a user (and other people as well not just me) I, and others, will get no response of a suspension/warning to that user we reported. I usually private message a moderator after we reported a few times and I get a response in a heartbeat. How come moderators are responding to PM's about users faster and better than reports themselves? I am not sure if reports are going through or what, but it's getting slightly on my nerves

@Preetha I am not sure if like. When Mods get the reports in their notification things, they check their notifications and it clears. If it's something like that. I have no clue. I know it's not only just annoying me

Many times we are busy and we get to things over time. I have responded to reports even 8 hours after the report was made.

if its about chat reports, thats a mess to sort thru. the notif links us to a dead page, it doesnt open up in a new tab, it takes us to a dead page. sometimes a notif just takes me to the login page .... but for the most part, the mods are busy taking care of other things as well. we literally get hundreds of notifications that we either have to sort go to and observe or read or somehow assess if the report is valid or not.

I think reports go into the notifications of a moderators account.

But notifications disappear when you click them. Sometimes I don't have the time to check them all. Messages don't disappear when you click them. Plus messages don't come in bulk so I always check them first.

I think there should be a different feature for mods to check abuse reports so that they wouldn't be lost in notifications.

Moderators just moderate. They keep away the trolls and spammers.
