sometimes the given information in the question are inadequate and the other thing i want to say is that if you can uniquely construct the figure of the question then that question has a sense,
like in this case you cant take a circle of any rad. and construct a line through any pnt. E passing through the circle and the line 22cm outside circle and 18 cm inside the circle and on the same time another line through E with length of 24cm outside the circle.
this can be only done in a circle of any definite radius.
thus if you get the rad. then we can move on.........
