its all about the properties of a box plot, if you dont know about the properties then the question isnt going to make much sense.

we know everything isnt centered nice and pretty, so the measures of centrality are not going to be equal.

the box itself is where most of the action is, it contains the most results.

a box to the right means that everyone mostly does good, alot of high scorers.

if we are averaging a B i class, and get 3 Fs on the next 3 assignment, our average grade doesnt go up does it?

getting lower grades lessens your mean grade,  a long left tail lessens the mean.

since the mean is pulled left, the mean and median are not equal
