In general terms, all of them are part of the cultural bloc known as Latin America, where Latin-derived languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese) are used; Catholic Religion is the most professed among them and there is a considerable amount of racial intermixing between native Amerindians, white and black people in all these countries. On the other hand, all countries among Latin America have their own distinctive cultures, according to their own history and society, including food, manners and general views of life.
