I would say it is 9 because 6/2= 3 and 3x3=9. @StudyGirl21 said it better though XD

Here's another way of thinking of it.
6 words are 2/3 of the list.
Since 1/3 is half of 2/3, then 3 words are 1/3 of the list.
If 1/3 of the list is 3 words, the whole list is 3 times 3 words which is 9 words.
