I believe A. Species naturally adapt and evolve to survive changing environments. If C and D were true, the species would simply die out because they would not be able to survive the new environment they are not adapted to.

@geny55 Yes. The Galapagos island is evidence. Many different animals have futures and different parts there that we don't see in North America, because climate and terrain is different there. for example, Trees keep growing taller, so giraffes slowly evolved and grew longer necks over time.
