Could someone help me with Slope Intercept? What is the slope of the line that passes through the points (-2, 5) and (1, 4)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

which school

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

To find slope you can use this formula, \[m = \frac{ y_{2}-y _{1} }{ x _{2}-x _{1} } \] m is your slope and your points are as \[(x_1, y_1)~~~(x_2,y_2)\]

Thank you @Astrophysics ! I went onto Khan Academy's website before I saw this and watched a video to better explain it to me, since I am in a rush, but I appreciate the help.
