Which of the following would be considered a neutral tone? I don't want to go to college, but there aren't many vocational class alternatives being offered at my school. A lot of students have no interest in pursuing a college career, so more vocational classes should be offered during high school. It seems that high schools only cater to those students who want to attend college because only a few vocational classes are offered. Because not everyone should or needs to go to college, more vocational education should be offered in high school.

I would say B
