Although, something is find very annoying is when you mass tag a bunch of people so they can meda... I mean view your post. Maybe adding \(\color{red}{Don't~tag~more ~than~ 5 ~people ~to ~your ~question.}\)
If your work is original, and is considered to be a wonderful piece, than the people will come on there own. Tagging others for attention can get out of hand.

Unnecessarily tagging random people creates unpleasant experience and its nicely quoted in the Tac, any of your action should not create any unpleasant experience for other user

There are always mini chats in the closed questions.
I am not sure if that's allowed, but for some reason I find it annoying.
I mean... I am trying to find work that people have done because I enjoy reading original songs... and then all I see is chats.

Mini chats with are within the context of the subject is ok, but chats which are completely out of the box should be prohibited.

I agree, mass tags are annoying. Especially if your being mass tagged two or three times.

I got mass tagged yesterday, changed my settings to only people that I follow can tag me.

That setting means that you only get a notification that if someone you fanned has tagged you. If you haven't fanned someone, you won't get a notification that they tagged you

Not exactly...users can still tag you as TheSmartOne said. I just did it, as an example. However when someone tags you it just doesn't appear in the notifications box.
