Which was not a key feature of the nomadic foragers of Australia? Geographic barriers created isolation among tribal groups. Small-scale exchanges led to trading across the continent. Prominent geographic features inspired stories and myths. Religious rituals were performed to ensure the fertility of the earth.

Australia? You've got some challenging ones today. Geographic features would be a large inland desert. One prominent rock formation in the middle of the island and isolation from most of the world. So what can we eliminate with that information?

D seems to be a feature of most primitive groups. The isolation of groups on the island seem more likely to NOT be a feature. But is you've got evidence. Go with that.
