The mean is most affected by outliers. The mode is not affected by outliers, and depending on your interpretation the median may slightly be affected by outliers.

The mean is most affected because you are using it as part of an equation, you are adding and dividing sets of data, so of course the outlier is part of this data and therefore has an effect on the value of the mean
