i am thinking either a or d, i am not sure though

A should not be this... Felicity replied "that (forte) indicates the music should be played loudly." but this: Felicity replied that (forte) indicates the music should be played loudly. ^^quotations used inappropriately B. not this "What does (forte) mean? asked Phoebe." but this: "What does (forte) mean?" asked Phoebe. C. not this.... Is it possible "pondered Julia," for an orchestra to perform without a conductor? but this: "Is it possible," pondered Julia, "for an orchestra to perform without a conductor?" never use quotations around the subject... use them around what the subject is saying D. is correct:) "In music," said Eileen, "tempo is the speed at which the music is performed." as i said from c... it surrounds the words, not the subject does that make sense?
