Normally I'd write a three page essay on this but I"ll condense it for your convenience. In no less terms, rights/responsibility is important because it separates us from those who do not have basic human rights or are irresponsible and ensuring the theme in our daily lives can be done by making an effort to be a better person.

Well first you got to know what theme means.
the subject of a talk, a piece of writing, a person's thoughts, or an exhibition; a topic.
Or in other words a message.
Like how when you were young (maybe) you were told to recycle
It's being lived out by some people (done by half of the world)
But yet it's not being lived out (Not being done by some people)
