Consider the global trend that most new urbanization is taking place in developing countries. What recommendations would you make to government officials in developing countries as they transition from rural to urban landscapes? How would you suggest that they develop their cities in environmentally friendly ways?

yeah first way is by building proper roads but not by defforestration to make it wider
