Is this an exponential growth, decay, or linear or quadratic equation? Y=(1/2)^x+4?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Linear → no exponent quadratic → highest exponent is 2 exponential growth → variable in exponent. Positive exponents have bases greater than 1. Negative exponents have bases between 1 and 0. exponential decay → variable in exponent. Positive exponents have bases between 1 and 0. Negative exponents have bases greater than 1.
