Can someone help me understand this.

I'm not exactly sure if she's asking me to write a paragraph about what I just heard or. . .I don't know and can someone translate the recording as well?

OpenStudy (theraggedydoctor):

Okay, so basically, read the paragraphs and listen to the recording. Then YOU make your own recording of the paragraphs.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ahh, can you translate them for me?

OpenStudy (theraggedydoctor):

I wouldn't mind, sure.. But you have to record them in Spanish..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know, I can roughly pronounce the words. xD

OpenStudy (theraggedydoctor):

Oh okay. Give me a moment..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sure.

The Olvera Street, in Los Angeles, California, is a street of rich traditions and a lot of Mexican history. On this street, you can see the most antique house of the city, The Adobe Avila. The whole street is now made into a Mexican museum, where you can eat Mexican food, listen to Mexican music and of course, purchase a great variety of Mexican pottery. Now this street represents a place where people can see the cultural celebrations in various parts of the year. It's a place, that's very special to this city and for the Latin people that live in Los Angeles.
