Im not very sure on this one and I would say take your best guess but I think the answer should be "C"
Unbiased means "impartial" and I guess that would mean it doesnt have much information with it, I hope that helps you!

Im thinking its between "B" and "C" But like I said im not sure so I would choose between those too but I say "c"
