Find what f(x) equals at x = 6 and x = 2. Subtract: f(6) - f(2). Divide the difference by the difference in x values. Diff. of x values is: 6 -2 = 4. What do you get after dividing?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so I'm dividing the difference between f(6) - f(2) by 4?
