Sorry - wasn't online earlier when you posted this!

You can see in the right picture that all the dimensions are 4x what they are in the left picture. You can see that the length of BC equals AF+ED, so if you find JH+NM and multiply that by 4, you'll have your answer.

6+2=8
8*4=32

That's how you get 32 as the answer!
