When you multiply any decimal number by 10, 100, 1000, etc, you move the point (to the right in this case) the amount of times equivalent to the digits in the number. (I TRIED TO GIVE THE BEST EXPLANATION POSSIBLE) SInce the question says that the answer should be produced by moving the point three places you move the point in the number 41.05 three times to the right since the number 100 has three digits
