Contrast the worship experiences of the prophets of Baal and Elijah. 1 Kings 18:26-29, 36-37
I once thought that maybe the fluid was not water but a flammable fluid that was poured out. Or the description of his jumping on someone he resurrected was some form of CPR. But neither of these explain other miracles preformed by him so I finally just accepted them.
What?!?
You need to read all about Elihah and his miracles to understand what I said, you need to be more familiar with scriptures and not just what others say, even me.
I am more familiar with it than you are, but no sane christian would think Elijah poured flammable liquid when it clearly says water in one of the older versions of the Bible, just to clarify
Yes it says water, but I was thinking that Elijah was possible from another time, or in contact with it, and used knoledge not known then. As I said some of the miracles could be thought this way but not all, therefore I decided that I would just accept them all as miracles. All things done in scriptures are miracles and that's important becuase the main purpose of scriptures is to teach especially the next generation.
