What has been done yet to make OS free from Hangs or Sluggishness??

I think many days has gone with this new OS look, but in real, it is still worst than the previous OS.

eta... if you think this is sluggish, you are sadly mistaken. It is about 10 times faster than it used to be. No exageration. It ised to be a struggle to even reply and the message order would mess up due to the lag.

There is constant change. And these days, there are also constant attacks. So there is some ebb and flow it if things get better or worse.

I am not sadly mistaken. If I have posted it, then it would be having some reason.
When I type, it hangs a lot, Suppose I am typing "Circumstances", then I will write it speedily, but when I look here on screen, it reaches only upto "u" or anything and then hangs..

And when I copy and paste "Circumstances," or type anything, I do not always get a preview. But it posts fine, the site comes up fine. That would bet that has little to do with a sluggish site and probably more to do with other bugs. Still a site issue, but not one of speed.
