5 sqrt(3) + sqrt(3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I need this in radical form please thank you :-)

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Hey Bee :) Ignore the fact that it's a sqrt(5), it's just a thing. So your problem is actually: 5(apples) + 1(apple)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is 3x+5x=?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

similarily consider the squareroot as x and continue the sum :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok... I am getting kind of lost in the 3x+5x thing... how did you get that? ... OK, so @zepdrix Are you saying to add the square roots or something else?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

zepdrix (zepdrix):
