Here is the thing.

If you restrict people or even "kindly" ask them not do to something chances are they will try to do it no matter how much you try to stop them.

One time TheSmartOne made a post and said for people to NOT SPAM his post. What did the public do? They spammed the hell out of it. Even Eric spammed a bit for fun. Someone even destroyed the post with some tremendous LaTeX!

This all relates to exactly what you are trying to do. We made an even bigger mess about your rules that what would have happened if you didn't put those rules up. Humans always try to do things they are not allowed to do. It's called "human nature".
