two hominid fossils are found in the same rock strata in caves about 10 kilometers apart . After radioctive both are found to be about 150,000 years old. What else should be done before they are assigned to the same species? 1-Excavate deeper rock layers 2-look for evidence of tool use 3-find more fossils in both caves 4-compare anatomical structures

Any ideas?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

look for evidence

OpenStudy (vera_ewing):

No, it is not necessary to look for evidence of tool use.
