hmm.. not quite. Okay a huuuuuge hint is to read what i highlighted and underlined. Basically, Wilson travelled to PARIS ( which is located in FRANCE) to try to convince them to sign a treaty that could "end all wars" buuuuuut they were like "oh hayyeeell no" Then the US Senate also disagreeed and said no to the treaty.
