sorry late reps.. perimeter is the sum of the side lengths of a polygon so let's find the side lengths of BC (which equal to AD) and BA(which is equal to CD) using the distance formula: \(\sf \Large d=\sqrt{(x_2-x_1)^2+(y_2-y_1)^2}\) calculate the length of BC/AD first. \(\sf x_1= -3, y_1=5\) this is from the coordinates of B \(\sf x_2= -3, y_2=0\) this is from the coordinates of C plug them in the formula: \(\sf \large d_{BC}=\sqrt{(-3-(-3))^2+(0-5)^2}\) and solve. Do the same thing with the length of BA. Tell me what you will get and I'll tell you what's the next thing you have to do. :)
