Eastern Europe was a disaster after WW2 with communism with all the land the Russians gained. Asia wasn't any better China had a revolution, I believe Vietnam did at this time as well

Yes probably A...Russia had a great influence on all their satellite nations. Of course, the U.S. was not going to let it keep spreading and, thus, the Cold War had begun.
