I will give a medal, please read the entire thing to help me. I'm trying to study for turning repeating decimals into fractions to pass this test on Wednesday. I have a couple questions that I think confusing to me. And if you help me, please do NOT give me the answer; I actually want to learn the concept to pass this test. Example question 1. Write 9.5833333333333 as a fraction.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

9 (583/1000)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Improper fraction is 9583/1000

OpenStudy (tinylittlehelper):

Oh, okay. Well, I'll ask why to someone else. :)
