Why were President Wilson’s Fourteen Points not incorporated in the Treaty of Versailles? The Allied delegates wanted Germany to pay reparations for the war. The Allied delegates wanted a provision to restore democracy in Russia. The Allied delegates felt the Fourteen Points were too easy on Germany. The Allied delegates felt the Fourteen Points would restrict their expansion goals.

The allies were afraid that if they didn't strip the Germans of their army that they would not be able to threatened Europe anymore. also most countries hated the Germans. they blamed Germany for starting the war so they wanted them to pay
