I am sick of waiting for my account to be fixed....It works on some computers it doesn't work on others. This account was made out of some inside joke i never thought i would be using it in this was....Please fix the problem because its frustrating to have my account not work after every update then i have to beg for it to be fixed

Preetha... Let me explain poojas little predcament... Her account is NOT broken, but instead LARGER accounts are more computer intensive, her computer is not a very good computer, and as a result causes it to load, then reach more ram then the computer has and try to continue loading... Now then... others with this glitch have larger accounts... and larger accounts are more intensivve... to prove this consept i tried to login to my main account on 4 devices... a asus laptop... a older tablet... a coby junk tablet, my gaming computer, my school computer, and my phone... The results where the 2 tablets failed because they didnt have enough ram... the phone worked... and the 2 computers worked... Thats the proof of consept... ALSO pooja is using a bad chromebook... She had her freind log in and she to could log in no problem So to sum up, there is no bug... there is no glitch... theres just a optimization issue... theres nothing wrong with the account Notice that newer accounts work, thats because its less intensive for accounts with lower smartscore to load The only thing that needs to be done is a bit of optimaztion so its less intensive... And as i said, not a single thing wrong with the account... you just need a somewhat beefy computer to use it... Does this make sense preetha? OH and for more proof of concept, i tried accounts with lower smartscore on the devices the account didnt work... they worked on accounts with lower ss

It may be a strong computer you are using it on (or whatever you wanna say) but if it isn't working for a lot of computers then OS should do something to help computers handle it

I agree with Sammi. Majority can't access the account. So it's a problem. I would not go out to buy a new computer just to handle os.
