How can i structure my essay for : is Lincoln a violator of the constitution?

i will argue no because i found that i have a lot of informationt of support it...

But how can i structure my body paragraphhs to make the essay organized?

okay, i finally figured out that i will separate it into 2 paragraphs of anti-lincoln and pro-lincoln in which i will rebuttal about anything on anti-lincoln. however, how would i use the 10% plan/ election of 1864 to support this?

lincoln was still in line with the constitution, but he did want to use a gentler approach, so as to create a longer lasting bond, even if it took some time, rather than pushing everyone into a relationship that would destroy peace after a little time passed
