151=235 t-16 t^2
16 t^2-235 t+151=0
\[t=\frac{ 235\pm \sqrt{\left( -235 \right)^2-4*16*151} }{ 2*16 }\]
solve it.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
i tried to solve it but i need it in seconds and i got a fraction
OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):
Yes. Convert to decimal. Its normal.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
i got t=235+i sqrt 64889/32 ??

im confused on what im converting to a decimal
OpenStudy (anonymous):
\[t=\frac{ 235\pm213.450 }{ 32 }=\frac{ 448.450 }{ 32 },\frac{ 22.550 }{ 32 } ~\approx.\]
OpenStudy (anonymous):
so i just need to convert 21.450/32 into a decimal??
OpenStudy (anonymous):
it is 21.550 not 22.550
