Dear OpenStudy users and new ones some of you many be dealing with glitches and the orange war and more. There is a new glitch going around on OpenStudy it is called the AUTW (Account unable to work ) please don't freak out. If you experiencing AUTW please don't get stress out here are some tips to help you get through it please do not abuse these tips.
1. if you have the AUTW glitch log out of your account then log back in the reason is so that you can tell if you do have the AUTW or if it's just your computer.
2. please do not post a question stateing that your profile is not working most people on OpenStudy is well aware of this problem
3 . if you have another account use that if not make a new one till your old account get's fixed please do not make more then one if you do have the AUTW glitch then make another account. Also if you do have an account make sure you always log out when your not using it so that no one hack's into your account if you have any question please ask preetha

Here is the answer this AUTW will last about 3 to 4 month if you make sure you log out from your profile make sure you have log out completely
also when you shut down your computer make sure you shut it off the right way if you have a lap top make sure you check you battery before you shut it off some accounts has been hack

Accounts have been broken (the same way) way since last Tuesday. It's hit everyone who has gotten this around the same time, and almost every account does the same thing. OpenStudy sends out an update and voila, the accounts are fixed. OpenStudy released yet another update, the accounts break. It could possibly be the computers or the account, or even both. I don't believe the Dev team has pinpointed the exact cause of this. Some accounts, like mine and Luigi's (before this profile thing), would always break at the most random times. Still does from time to time. It's something that it's hard to pinpoint, because if it wasn't the Dev team would have already solved it by now. OpenStudy can release an update tomorrow and the accounts could possibly fixed, but then break after an update or two. There is no telling the exact day/month these accounts will be fixed. Sorry to say, but a lot of people know this info.

If you do have any information please share with Preetha, the CEO, or another mod. This info may come in handy with solving this issue, or maybe even another one. Always best to share your information.
