Lizette is attempting to factor the expression 6x^2 + 11x - 10 In her first step, she rewrites the expression as 6x^2 + 5 - 6x - 10. Which of the following statements in true about Lizette’s work? A. Lizette’s first step is correct. She should continue to factor the expression. B. The two middle coefficients add to the correct number, but do not multiply to the correct number. C. The two middle coefficients multiply to the correct number, but do not add to the correct number. D.The two middle coefficients do not add or multiply to the correct number.

C is wrong because the two middle coefficients 5 and 6 do not multiply to the correct number 11
i would say D. They tried to factor the expression 6x^2 + 11x - 10 but in her first step, she rewrites the expression as 6x^2 + 5 - 6x - 10. which means she got rid of the x that followed the 5 (now it says 5 instead of the correct number and it says 6x is negative)
