It's the beginning of the sentence/greeting, "to" needs to ne capitalized, nothing else.

Every sentence's first word needs to be capitalized. it cannot be like this, its informal.

Proper nouns (names, like Fahrenheit, Euler's method, Georgia, Samuel etc...) and sentence beginnings should be capitalized.
