The Natives lost land, were constantly promised things and the promises were broken, it worsened relationships with the natives between colonists and natives, more natives died. The Delaware Indians, for example, were killed when they were completely innocent. Indians trusted the British more as they had promised them their land but it was the colonists that made those promises break. 

 The revolution pretty much destroyed the little trust and peace between colonists and natives.
