log(1) = 0
log(10) = 1
0 < log(8) < 1

Just a little thinking is required.  Seriously, you HAVE to start showing ANY work at all.

Perfect.  Sometimes, you can just look at them.

This is an example of showing work in a difficult situation.  I tried to get my thinking down with mathematical notation.  There wasn't much calculation to be done, but I could get something down to indicate the direction I was going.
