How is the online side based on? Is it from first come first serve basis or on title?

You'll notice that the 0ss will always be on the bottom. Satellite will always be top whenever he's online.

Yeah it's not titles. It's just how much SS they have in their subscores.

Some mods have really low subscores but they are higher than me. So the subscores don't matter much.

It's all based on the SS scale. The more medals you get and all, the higher you climb in the rank.

Yes. The subscores don't matter. I passed TSO while having lower subscores in all three areas before.

And when a user is in the middle of a group with a higher or lower SS then it's is just a glitch of some sort.
