malignant tumors are life threatening. They grow faster and are more intense than regular benign brain tumors.

Here's some more info: Malignant tumors 'are' or can be described as brain tumor. They tend to grow faster than any normal tumor would. They can be found in areas near the brain or spine. Cells in the malignant tumor can invade nearby tissues and spread to other parts of the body such as the brain. Malignant tumors are somewhat cancerous but unlike most cancers, malignant tumors does not share all of the characteristics of most cancers. This tumor can cause serious damage and is very life threatening.
