Which word or words and punctuation best corrects any errors in the sentence? The story had a good plot, interesting characters, believable dialogue, and a great title but I fell asleep halfway through the first chapter. A. title; but B. asleep; C. title, but D. There is no error in this sentence.

If there are too many commas in a sentence, you can pu ta semicolon to separate a dependent and independent clause.
