For the second question, an Anode electric current flows from (electrons are in the product) a cathode electric current flows into (electrons are in the reactant) Next you need to look at a standard electrical potential table for varous half reactions The electrical potential with the higher number will be what donates electrons (at the anode, reducing agent) and the one with the lowest will be at the cathode (accepts electrons, oxidizing agent)
