y + 1 = 3/5(x - 3) --- we need to put this in y = mx + b form y + 1 = 3/5x - 9/5 y = 3/5x - 9/5 - 1 y = 3/5x - 9/5 - 5/5 y = 3/5x - 14/5 slope is 3/5......y int = (0.-14/5)....for graphing purposes, -14/5 = - 2 4/5 start at y int...go up 3 and to the right 5 you are correct...it is C
