Imprint and mold are the same. A dead organism is buried in clay or some other sediment and then dissolves, leaving its shape in the sediment (which may become hardened by compression). A cast is if water gets into the hollowed out mold and the minerals in the water form a copy of the shape of the original organism. Amber, is if the organism gets caught in tree resin that hardens into amber. Trace is some evidence that the organism was there but it is not the organism itself, like footprints or worm tubes. Petrified means it has become mineralized, again from water carrying minerals that harden into the material.
