Ok! I was just wondering, Also do we have to have 50 medals in math to get a math title or can it be 50 all together?

All titles are for a specific subject...
If you have 50 medals in math then you can only unlock a title for the title worth 50 medals ONLY IN MATH same works for all

50 math medals will not buy you a biology title.
