Check my answer? Horizontal middle line? Graph attached

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got b, can anyone confirm?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

i dont even know what a horizontal middle refers to. horizontal means left to right, and middle means between .... but in reference to the optons nothing comes to mind.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

how does you material define the term?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@amistre64 I think where there's symmetry across the axis Like if you were to flip it at that point it would be mirrored, and if you were to theoretically stack it on top of the other side of the graph it would look the exact same

OpenStudy (jtvatsim):

Hmm... not sure, cuz then D would also be a valid choice by that definition...

OpenStudy (jtvatsim):

Yeah, I don't want to confuse the question even more... but maybe "horizontal middle of the period" is referring to the asymptotes (one of which is at x = pi/6).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@jtvatsim D is only true if we're talking about the Y axis This question is about the x

OpenStudy (jtvatsim):

How is D any different than B, I guess would be my question?
