the absolute value of something is always greater than or equal to zero since there is a zero on the right, there is only one solution we can find it if you like

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a) divide both sides by \(-2\) and you have \(|3x-5|=0\) which means b) \(3x-5=0\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

add 5, divide by 3 and you get the only solution
