ok hold on lets go slow i think i made a mistake
ratio of surface area is 13.69 to 4 ratio of lengths is therefore 3.7 to 2
this problem is a pain
height of the larger cone is \[11.5\times \frac{3.7}{2}=21.275\] once you have the height, you can find the volume
