More probability help please? Got half-way through sorta, stuck on 3
Err, I think i did 1 right, but i'm shaky on #2
did you put those numbers in? do they add up to 100%?
I did not put those numbers in. I assumed that they didn't add up to 100 because they overlapped. Since the students did more than one activity, they became a larger percentage. At least that's how i perceived it, they might have bungled the problems
your venn is in error

AandB = b+e if AnB is 5% and e is 3% then b is not 5%
35% went camping, abde 57% went to the beach bcef 20% went to the waterslides. defg a+b+d+e + b+c+e+f + d+e+f+g we have duplicates, adjust it by -15% went camping & to the beach, -be - 8% went to the beach & to the waterslides, -ef - 5% went camping & to the waterslides -de a + b+c +d +f+g we are missing a value, adjust it by +3% went to all three. +e a + b+c +d +e +f+g less then 100% are accounted for, the remainder did not attend the 3 events at all.
