multiply the first vector by "3" what do you get ?
How would i do that ? 3*<7,21> ?
Yes, simply multiply each component by "3" : 3*<7, 2> <3*7, 3*2> <21, 6> which is same as the second vector, so the vectors in "same direction"
vectors in same direction are also called "parallel"
